"I keep All-Spec in my favorites folder and you are the main supplier for my production tooling needs. I found you on the web one day when I was looking for soldering irons. I get such wonderful service that I no longer order from the online catalogs in the company supply system. As far as I am concerned you folks have set the benchmark for customer service. I know exactly who to talk to when I need something and get prompt answers and solutions to problems. With items that are not normally stocked there is always someone to find out if it can be had and how long it will take to get it. If the item can be had I can always expect an email quote within hours."
